As you can guess by the title, this is a story regarding "Bigfoot". (This is also my first story) I was looking through some books on my bookshelf when I found this book I didn't recognize, I opened it up and quickly remembered that this was a "supernatural journal" which I had been periodically gathering information for, although most of it were things I found on the internet, not personal experiences, except one. I remembered that during the summer of 2005 I was walking through a trail (even though this was a while ago I had it all recorded in detail) in the woods the morning after a storm. After every storm, the trail always becomes muddy and you can see footprints of deer, bear, etc, but when I came to the section of the trail that tends to be the wettest and muddiest, both I had my grandfather came across ONE, enormous footprint. As it is recorded in my journal, it was about 1 1/2 to 2 feet long (heel - toe) and 1 1/2 inches deep and around 3-4 inches wide. So obviously it was a large animal, and I don't cannot think of why the world's largest man would be walking around in the woods during a storm. The fact that is was deep meant that it must have been a large animal to sink that much into the mud, also the footprint resembled a flat footed person, but you could vaguely see imprints, toes, and other such things as you would find in your footprint at the beach. This just always baffled me because i did the research afterwards (also recored in my journal) roughly comparing this footprint to a moose's, bear's, and bobcat's, because this was in Massachusetts, USA. None of which matched, I figured it couldn't have been a joke or prank because it was storming just before, although I couldn't find anything closely resembling it. This trail was also in a one street town made up of 90% deep woods. Still not sure what we found but give me your opinion.
