Well, at that time of year, there's this event that goes on in town called "Watercross." Our relatives come up and camp out in campers or tents. This one night, everyone was frightened...

There was about 7 of us in one tent close to the wood line one night. I got out real quick and asked everyone if they wanted a Pepsi or a Mt. Dew. I looked up at the wood line and saw this figure, staring me down. It had the shape of a human, but it had glowing red eyes. It looked like he had some kind of cape on aswell. The strange thing was that he was staring at me while walking away towards the west. I got everyone in the tent out to look and they all saw this figure too.

We were freaked out at first, but we grabbed a couple flashlights to find out a reason to this. By the time we were there, there was nothing. Not even a footprint. We haven't seen it since...
