Ghost Paralyzed
I was sleeping in my cousins room, I had just woken up for some reason and I was trying to get back to sleep I closed my eyes then suddenly I could not move. I know I was still awake but I could not more at all, and I was really sweating like it was a hot December day, about 10 seconds later it just went away, I was pretty sure it was a ghost but I have no proof.
There is also a phenomenon called sleep paralysis. People wake up but it's like their bodies haven't caught up with their brains, rendering that person unable to move for a few seconds. It's normal and happens to almost everyone at least once.
Night terrors. Tons of people have experienced this but often see a shadow or figure while they are 'paralyzed'. Not alone and furthermore nothing to actually be afraid of, can't/won't harm you. It's just a scary event.
haven't had a "ghost" experience in about a year, so i guse it was just me
