I always wondered that when our pets pass, where do they go? Do they have souls like us? I always wanted to believe that they did. They are so bound to us on earth, they are so important to us and they are also, so human-like. I got my answer this Christmas. On Christmas eve, my boyfriend was wrapping gifts in our upstairs master bathroom. My dog Winston, passed in March of 2008. He told me that he saw Winston walk out of my closet and across the bathroom floor. My boyfriend absolutely does not believe in anything supernatural. He told me of his experience and was very sincere with his story. Winston, was very close to my cat, Mystery. Unfortunately, my cat passed at 6:30am this morning, (12-29).

After working through my grief today, I realized that Winston came for my cat, his friend.

Through this I've realized that our animals do stay with us. What binds them on Earth also binds them in heaven. When you loose your special friend remember, they will always be with you!
