Horrible dream experiance
For past month I've been having really horrible dreams. When I woke up, I couldn't remember what I was dreaming, but it had to be something horrible because after the dreams, I felt extremly scared of dark (I've never been scared of dark), I felt tired and I was sweaty. I would turn on the lights and read a book because I was too frightened to go back to sleep. The dreams continued and without knowing what I was dreaming my fear became more intense to the point when I woke up in tears.

I've had enough of this torture and, some of you might think this is childish, but I was so scared that yesterday I asked my mother if I could sleep in her bed.

We went to sleep and I was always waking up, having strange feeling something was touching my legs. But there was nothing. I kept waking up and tossing and turning, keeping my mother awake by hugging her tightly to feel safe. Then I finally fell asleep in her arms.

Suddenly I woke up in the same position (in her arms) and I heard a strange sound, like someone was moving on the blanket. It was not my mother, because she was under the blanket and she was not moving. Suddenly I felt someone or something scratch my leg. It felt like someone scratched it with long pointed nails. I screamed but I couldn't, I didn't have any voice. I kept opening and closing my mouth with no sound, trying to scream. I got out of bed and kept shaking my mother hard but she didn't wake up. Finally, I got my voice back and I called out for her and she woke up.

That's when I woke up. In the same position that the dream began - on the side, in my mother's arms. I was all sweaty, I was scared of the dark and I quickly woke my mother. My leg was red and it hurt on the place where something scrached me. My mom said I must have hurt my leg while I was dreaming.

Maybe she's right, but what confuses me is that when I dream, my dreams are not so life-like. They're fogy and without sense. This 'dream' was so real and life-like, I can't explain it, it was horrible.

I'm sorry that must have been terrable. But don't let that hold you back from the unseen. Gosts seem to love me .And you know what most are not vielent most just want someone to talk to.I would try medditating next time you sleep-anyway you like-and see if you can salve the problem. Though don't do it alone, do it with someone who can handle thinks if it goes south.
