I am not sure if that's how you spell it. Well I have had sleep paralysis 2 times so far and I didn't know what it was called until I learned from this fabulous website <3 Anyways , the 1st experience I had.

I was sleeping on a chair in the living room and my grandma was sitting on the couch with my baby sister & I was having a scary dream. I don't quite remember the dream, but I was awake but I could not open my eyes or move BUT , I could breath and so I started breathing REALLY really hard so that my grandma would try to wake me up because I was FREAKING. and she did! thank god... she said " Leslie, LESLIE!?!" in a realllly concerned voice.

The second time I had sleep paralysis. I was sleeping and I couldn't breathe at all. I was freaking out again. but no one was in the room this time because it was the morning. And it was kinda awhile before I could breathe again and I woke up and almost screamed. scary. ha not compared to most of the stuff on this site. People have way better stories then I do.
