First off you need to provide a detailed description of this man your dreaming. Also, you need to see if any of whats going on in your dreams (emotions, places, people) happen in real life. Dreams are generally the reflection of your subconscious unless you've had a history of premonitions.

Dreams can be so real that you have pain and bruises in real life, sometimes self-inflicted while sleeping or no. The mind is a very powerful thing. I've dreamt of being shot and waking up with a severe bruise in the area it hurt. It is possible you had hurt yourself before bed but no bruise formed until you were asleep and your mind used that pain as a focus for your dream pain.

Was there anything that changed in your life around the time you started having these dreams?

You mentioned that the guys energy didnt feel human. What did it feel like?

Good to hear the it not too bad then. You said that its not life threatening yet? Is it projected to be at some point or just make life difficult?

My family and I are very close we talk almost everyday. And the disease isn't life threatening yet. I just have trouble doing everyday things. I not sure if this dream has some connection to my disease. A psychic told me that this dream meant that I'm hold back to much in my life. That I'm not live my life to it's fullest potential. That somewhat make more sense to me.
